Step.1
Application

Look for job openings posted on job sites, our website, facebook page and other platforms. Send your application and we will contact you for the initial interview.

Step.2
Interview test
(Registration)

Confirm your interview schedule. Your interview is either a face-to-face interview at our office or an online interview.
Requirements: Resume, Residence Card, Diploma or Graduation Certificate

Step.3
Observation

Visit the location where you will be assigned to work. At the job site, the company personnel will explain the job details and show you how the work is done in actual setting. You can observe the whole process so you can be at ease when you start working.

Step.4
Start working

Start working. Our staff will accompany you on your first day of work. We will be assisting you until you are settled to your new place and also in updating your visa status if necessary. You can also count on us in some of your personal needs to be able to start your work smoothly. We will keep in touch with you regularly and you can also reach out to us for any work related concern or other concerns. We will keep improving our services for you.

Application

Look for job openings posted by your local recruitment agencies, or our Facebook page and send your application. You will be contacted for the interview.

Step.2
Interview test
(Registration)

Confirm your interview schedule. The interview will be done online. We will provide an interpreter for those who are not yet proficient with Japanese language.

Step.3
Visa application
process

Submit requirements and process the documentation through your local recruitment agency. The documentation process for applying visa in the local immigration and Japan immigration will follow. Once the visa is released, you will be set to depart for Japan.

Start working

Our staff will accompany you on your first day of work.
We will also ensure that you have a place to stay by helping you find an apartment before you start working. You can also count on us in some of your personal needs to be able to start your work smoothly. We will keep in touch with you regularly and you can also reach out to us for any work related concern or other concerns. We will keep improving our services for you.

At Flair, before you start working or even after you are dispatched to work in companies, we provide Japanese language training.
